Please review the schedule of upcoming closures and important reminders regarding karate classes. Schedule of Closures: No karate classes: •April 3–April 5, 2026 – Spring Break •May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day •June 1–June 7, 2026 – Program break •July 4, 2026 – Independence Day •August 24–September 5, 2026 – Program break Classes will continue as scheduled on all other days unless otherwise notified. Inclement Weather & Unexpected Closures If classes are canceled due to weather or other circumstances, I will send an email as soon as possible. Please note that I may not receive updates any earlier than the YMCA notifications. If the YMCA website or text notification states that programming is canceled, karate classes are included. For example, if programming is canceled until 2:00 PM and karate begins at 6:00 PM, classes will still be held unless the message is updated. If you receive a notification from the YMCA stating that it is open for facility use only, there will be no karate classes, programs, or scheduled activities.
