Yellow Belt 8 Kyu and Candidate Orange Exam Requirements

Kihon- Do everything 4 times by the examiner's count

1. Oi-tsuki (jodan) - Stepping punch face level

2. Age-uke (stepping back) -Rising Block

3. Oi-tsuki (chudan) - Stepping Punch stomach level

4. Soto-Ude-uke (stepping back) -Outside forearm block

5. Shuto-uke- Knife hand block, back stance

6. Mae-geri (chudan)- Stepping kick stomach level

7. Mae-geri (jodan)- Stepping kick face level

Kata- Heian Shodan
