1. Explain combination techniques and important points.

2.Demonstrate ability to instruct a group using those techniques.

Kata:

1.Examinee selects one kata from Groups A-D.

2.Examiner selects two katas from Groups A-C.

Kumite:

1. Jiyu Ippon Kumite

2. Jiyu Kumite (Mandatory)

3. Explain timing / strategy from attacking and defending perspectives.

Technical Research Paper:

1. Teach an assigned technical topic.

2. Submit a ≥ 1000‑word paper explaining the topic.

3. Prepare a slideshow presentation on the topic (5-10 slides maximum).
